By accessing or using EKiraya, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
EKiraya provides a vehicle rental management platform that includes:
- Driving license verification via Cashfree API
- Digital rental agreement generation
- Wallet management system
- Customer record keeping
- Analytics and reporting
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Payment Terms
EKiraya operates on a pay-per-use model:
- No Subscription Fees: You only pay for verifications you use
- Wallet System: Add funds to your wallet to pay for services
- Verification Fee: ₹5 per verification (subject to change with 30 days notice)
- Wallet Top-ups: Minimum top-up of ₹500
- Refunds: Wallet top-ups are non-refundable but remain in your account
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Submit false or fraudulent customer documents
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent verification systems
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify our platform
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of EKiraya are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKiraya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
